Please check when your appointments are. We run a very busy clinic and it is sometimes hard to reschedule your appointment within your appointment time frame. If you are unable to make it, need to cancel or reschedule please let us know in advance [not on the day].

If you fail to give 48 hours notice for a cancelation , in order to rebook your next appointment you will need to pay for your treatment upfront. This will be non refundable if you miss that appointment too.

There is a £50 non refundable booking fee to secure your permanent makeup treatment, this will be deducted from your treatment price. We understand that sometimes this cannot be helped so due to unforeseen circumstances this may be reconsidered, please get in touch at your earliest convenience.
